Sports Bra Fit & Support—Find Your Perfect Level

The right bra reduces bounce, chafing, and distractions. Start with support level. Dial in fit.

Support Levels

  • Light: Yoga, walking, mobility.

  • Medium: Strength, cycling, daily wear.

  • High: Running, HIIT, plyometrics.
Note: Larger cup sizes may prefer high support for most training.

Fit Checklist (60-Second Test)

  • Band: Snug on the loosest hook. Two-finger gap max.

  • Cups: Full coverage. No spillage or gaps.

  • Straps: Stay in place without digging.

  • Movement: Jump test. Minimal bounce. No chafe points.

Straps & Closures

  • Racerback: Stable, good for high-impact.

  • U-back with hooks: Adjustable band = longer life.

  • Wide straps: Pressure dispersal.

  • Adjustable: Fine-tune for asymmetry or swelling.

Fabric & Construction

  • Moisture-wicking: Dry comfort.

  • Mesh zones: Vent in high-heat areas.

  • Seam placement: Away from edges that rub.

  • Removable cups: Shape and coverage control.

Sizing Tips

  • Measure underbust and fullest bust.

  • Between sizes? Try two and do the jump test.

  • Post-wash fit relaxes slightly—start snug.

Care = Longevity

  • Cold wash, inside out, delicates bag.

  • No softener. Low tumble or air dry.

  • Rotate bras to rest elastic.
