Where do you ship?

We ship across Canada and the U.S. For other countries, email support@femzyclothing.ca

How long does delivery take?
  • Canada: 2–7 business days (province/area dependent)

  • U.S.: 5–10 business days
    Peak seasons and remote areas may take longer.

My package shows delivered but I can’t find it.

Wait 24 hours, check with neighbors/building staff, then contact the carrier. If still missing, email support@femzyclothing.ca with your order number.

What’s your return policy?

30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Yes—subject to stock. We ship the exchange once the original is scanned in by the carrier.

How do I care for my activewear?

Cold wash with like colours. Turn garments inside out. Do not bleach. Avoid fabric softeners. Lay flat or tumble dry low. Do not iron prints.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (via WooCommerce/Stripe/PayPal).

Privacy—how do you use my data?

See our Privacy Policy. We follow PIPEDA standards and only share data with service providers needed to run our store.

Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?

Email support@femzyclothing.ca immediately. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll help.

Product warranty/defects?

Received a defective item? Email photos and your order number to support@femzyclothing.ca within 14 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
